Our mirrors are packed as carefully as possible, but sometimes UPS, FedEx or truck carriers are not as careful.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MIRROR IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY.

For truck deliveries: Ask the driver to wait while you inspect the mirror.

If the driver cannot wait, sign the Bill of Lading with the words "ACCEPTANCE PENDING INSPECTION FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE" above or below your signature.

We must report damage to the carrier within seven days of delivery. Call or email us about any problems right away.

We'll make every effort to resolve them promptly and to your full satisfaction.

The production process is intricate and elaborate, each mirror is hand-etched, hand-cut, hand-beveled, and hand-polished by our factory in the Phillipines. Each of our mirrors adhers to stringenty quality control standards. This is evident in every piece of art in our collection. Every mirror we sell is hand- assembled separately and attached to the woodbacking with a tiny screw and rosette cover, never with glue. This makes our mirrors substantially more durable.
